Meet Priya
Co-Founder & Nutrition & Wellness Coach.
Priya co-founded Bhijams to solve a problem she saw everywhere: families who wanted to eat well, but were stuck choosing between "fast" and "healthy." Home cooking was always the answer — it just needed a little more thought behind it.
As an ISSA Certified Nutrition & Wellness Coach, she brings a genuine, credentialed lens to something home cooks have always done instinctively: adjusting a meal to how someone actually needs to feel that day.
Beyond wellness, Priya also leads Bhijams' marketing, sales, and community outreach — connecting with families and cooks across the GTA every day.
